she graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow/Poland (2015)-

Diploma artistic realized in studio of professor Leszek Misiak:

„SweetHeart” – redefinition of the tragicomic “sentient space”.

Diploma project carried out under the supervision of profesor Adam Brincken :

Art as working through anxiety. Beautiful, interesting and creative aspect of fear. The project of exhibition space with elements of compensation which are a form of therapy.

She participated in specialized courses at the Faculty of Graphic of the local Academy (the studio copperplate of profesor Krzysztof Tomalski and the drawing studio of professor Joanna Kaiser-Plaskowska).

In 2008 she defended her master’s degree at the Jagiellonian University in biology with specialization in neurobiology.

Ewelina Kaliszczuk says of her work: “I try to sort out the problem of neuronal synapses transmitted via surgery, which create purposely for the purposes of purely artistic. Any reference to nerve cell biology are here quite unscientific nature. Much more important is the effect which is obtained either on paper or on canvas, where branching freely formed creations and lines are a reflection of my emotional states …”
